For All Experience Levels
Intro to Weightlifting

This will be a 3 day a week program that spans 9 weeks. Athletes will learn proper movement mechanics, the Olympic lifts and their variations, and begin to build foundational strength. This program is designed to give new athletes a solid base in the sport of weightlifting that will continue to be built upon.
Team Programs

The team program is for athletes who are confident in their understanding of the Olympic lifts and looking to improve their skills and lift heavier weights. This program will be centered around local competitions throughout the year and the Florida State Championship.
Competitive Program

The competitive program is for athletes who have demonstrated their ability to perform the Olympic lifts and the various aspects of being an athlete. This program will be centered around national level competitions such as American Open, respective age decision national championships, and the American Open Finals.
Individual Training

This program is for athletes who have been lifting for several years and continuously demonstrate a high level of understanding of the Olympic lifts and the qualities of an advanced athlete. Athletes will be recommended to start individual programming based on the discretion of the coach.
